Thank you for choosing WeGo Taxi. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best taxi booking experience possible. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, we are here to help.

✅ Quick Summary: Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund (excluding service charges). Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

1. Refund Policy

Once we receive your refund request, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 24 hours. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

⚠️ Important: Please note that the refund amount will exclude any service charges and taxes incurred during the initial purchase. Service charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

🚫 Non-Refundable: Two hours before your ride starts, you CANNOT get a refund. Please cancel well in advance to be eligible for a refund.

  2. Provide Booking Reference: Include your booking reference number (e.g., WG20250108XXXXXX)
  3. State Reason (Optional): While not required, feedback helps us improve
  4. Receive Confirmation: We will confirm your cancellation and refund eligibility within 24 hours
  5. Refund Processing: Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days
